With Fract’s Territory Scoring, you can now estimate all territories and trade areas at the click of a button within minutes based on its “score” a,ka the potential of the territory and the store that may be located within it. Unlike anything that has ever come before, Fract’s Territory Scoring helps brands define their optimal territories and both isolate and take advantage of the best opportunities available whenever they arise.
At Fract, we analyze a wide variety of factors ranging from the number of target consumers to the number of competitors/amplifiers and suppressors, along with events and weather, within and surrounding that area, in order to accurately calculate its potential in real time.
Brands can create the ideal territory. They can use Fact’s Territory Scoring to easily identify key attributes with our AI or manually enter parameters such as; areas with no competitors, at least five amplifiers, the ideal value of target customers, approximate radius or drive-time, etc.. Whether the user sets them themselves or let the AI find the optimal mix, the Territory Score will be calculated for all existing territories or stores in a few minutes.
After the target values have been applied, the score for all territories will be calculated automatically. If at a later date any new competitor or amplifier lists need to be added, or if a new competitor or amplifier is opened, a new territory score will be added automatically and the affected area will have its territories recalculated to address the change.
